CSF is looking for an artificial intelligence (AI) Intern to join our team who is enthusiastic and creative. With the ability to contribute to the creation and application of AI solutions that will streamline our operations, this internship is a rare chance to work at the interface between artificial intelligence and conservation.

Key Responsibilities:

Objective Definition

Collaborate seamlessly with our esteemed team to meticulously define specific objectives and tasks ripe for the effective utilization of artificial intelligence (AI). This includes but is not limited to, the art of proposal writing, grant report composition, data analysis, and beyond.

AI Research:

Diligently stay abreast of the ever-evolving landscape of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and cutting-edge advancements in Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies. Identify and seize opportunities to seamlessly apply AI methodologies in our dedicated conservation efforts.

Data Preparation:

Engage in the meticulous collection, cleansing, and preparation of relevant datasets, ensuring the utmost precision and consistency. This crucial step paves the way for the subsequent training of AI models.

Model Training:

Immerse yourself in the art and science of training AI models. This involves delicate processes such as fine-tuning and customization, culminating in the creation of high-quality textual content tailored for proposals, grant reports, and other conservation-centric documents.

Integration:

Artfully integrate the fruit of AI labor into our dynamic proposal and report writing workflow. Maintain a harmonious alignment with the overarching messaging and goals set forth by our esteemed organization.

Review and Editing

Qualifications:

    • Currently pursuing or have attained a degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

    • Comprehensive knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies.

    • Proficient in programming languages, with a specific emphasis on Python.

    • Demonstrated excellence in communication skills, coupled with a proven track record of effective collaboration within a team.

    • Strong passion for conservation, underscored by an unwavering commitment to ethical AI practices.

    • Possession of prior experience in AI projects or relevant coursework is deemed a notable advantage.
